PDF documents stored in a DF Studio account can be accessed and viewed directly within the DF Studio interface. This allows direct text selection and copying, access to all pages, and full interactivity with the PDF file.

For instant access from any proofsheet view, open the PDF viewer in a Quick Look overlay by clicking the Quick Look icon in the corner of the thumbnail preview for a PDF asset.

Quick Look can also be opened using the space bar keyboard shortcut on any selected asset. For more information, see Quick Look.

Use the interactive controls within the PDF viewer to navigate the PDF, perform a full text search, or adjust the zoom level or other display options.

The Quick Look overlay can also be opened from 1-Up view, by clicking the PDF icon in the center of the medium DF Studio preview. Open the PDF viewer in a new window by clicking the “View” button from 1-Up view.
