Downloading multiple files from a DF Studio account requires the DFS Downloader. (For installation information, see Install the DFS Downloader.)
DF Studio offers various options for downloading files from the system individually. See Download Individual Files.
Once the DFS Downloader application is installed, files can be obtained from DF Studio by clicking the “Download” button from the toolbar at the bottom of any Project.
The Download overlay will present options for selecting the desired files for downloading. Depending on what types of original files were uploaded to the project, there will be file type options to choose from.
Clicking the “Download Files” button will launch the DFS Downloader application, which will present an opportunity to specify a folder name for the downloaded files.
Clicking the folder name for the default download location will display other available folders on the local file system. Select any folder to receive the downloaded files and click the “Select” button, or click the “New Folder” button to create a new download location.
Selecting the “Setups as Folders” checkbox will group downloaded images from each DF Studio Setup into a folder with the same name, inside of the selected download location.
Clicking “OK” will begin the download. DFS Downloader will display feedback about destination, download time, file size, and errors.
Proxy Server Settings
If required by the network configuration at the download location, a proxy server may be specified for the download connection. Click “Preferences” from the DFS Downloader “File” menu, and enter the proxy information in the Preferences window.
Proxy information should only be entered if required by the network configuration. Most users will not need to provide this information in order to download files.
