A number of configuration options are available to DF Studio account administrators, accessible from the Settings page. Click the Settings icon in the top right of the DF Studio window to open Settings.
Contact Information
Click “Account Contact Info” in the Account Settings section to update contact information like phone number and address.
The Account Name stored on this screen will be displayed when sending Messengers, and is incorporated into the overlay for VSP.
The email address, phone number, and website URL will be shared in the contact area when sending Messengers, and the copyright notice will be displayed on Messengers as well. If no custom copyright notice is provided, DF Studio will automatically display a copyright notice matching the following format:
© [current year] [account name]
Visual Branding
Click “Branding and Watermarks” under the Account Settings section to upload graphics for branding the DF Studio account. These will appear in the upper left corner of the DF Studio interface as well as being displayed in the recipient interface of any Messengers sent from the account.
Drag and drop a new image file (PNG or JPG) to the upload area for logos, or click the upload area to browse local files and folders for an image file. To remove a saved image without replacing it, click the “Remove Saved Image” button beneath either logo.
This screen is also where watermarks and VSP can be configured.
Security Settings
Click “Security Settings” in the Account Settings area to modify the use of Browser Verification, or to configure Single Sign-On (SSO) features.
In-Account Information Sharing
The “In-Account Information Sharing” link under the Account Settings heading allows for the modification of two default behaviors within DF Studio:
Contacts are ordinarily shared throughout each DF Studio account: any contacts added to the account by any user (manually, or automatically through the process of sending a Messenger) are accessible to all users on the account.
With these settings it is possible to disable the sharing of contacts altogether (“Private”), or to make contacts visible to all users but only allow each contact to be modified by the user who added it (“Protected”).
Edits are shared by default in DF Studio, meaning that any user with access to modify select levels in a Project or Collection can view and modify the Edits created at that location by other users. (This can be modified on each Edit as needed.)
On this screen, the default can be changed to “Not Shared”, which would make every new Edit viewable only by its creator or account admins. (Individual Edits could still be converted to Shared mode if necessary.) For more information about Edit sharing, see Create and Manage Edits.
The facets available for display when performing a search of the DF Studio account can be configured on this page as well. For additional details, see: Configure Search Result Facets.
