Removing or disabling a Web Portfolio does not destroy the Collection that is the source of its images, nor does it remove any images from the Collection or from the DF Studio account. For information on removing assets from a Collection or Web Portfolio, see Edit a Web Portfolio.
Disabled Web Portfolios
Disabling a Web Portfolio revokes access to the Web Portfolio via the public link, but does not remove its settings from DF Studio (nor any custom watermarked previews). A disabled Web Portfolio can be re-enabled quickly by clicking the Re-enable link.
Remove or Disable a Web Portfolio
To remove or disable a Web Portfolio, access the Portfolio section of the Collection Inspector in the right sidebar of the DF Studio interface. The Collection Inspector is displayed when a Collection is being viewed in the proofsheet area at the center of DF Studio, or when a Collection is selected from a list.
The Collection Inspector can also be reached from the list of Web Portfolios.
Click the Publish tab at the top of the DF Studio interface, then click “Portfolios” in the menu bar. Select any Web Portfolio to display the Collection Inspector for its source Collection.
To remove a Web Portfolio and delete it from DF Studio, click the “Remove” button from the Portfolio section of the Collection Inspector, then click the “Remove Portfolio” button in the confirmation overlay. This will instantly expire the Web Portfolio link and remove any previews or watermarked images generated to display within it.
To disable a Web Portfolio and retain it in the disabled state, click the “Disable” link beside “Status: Active” in the Portfolio section of the Collection Inspector, then click “OK” in the confirmation pop-up. This will revoke public access to the Web Portfolio, but retain its settings in DF Studio, along with any custom previews.
