DF Studio accepts and stores all file types, and is able to generate previews from many file types including but not limited to:

• PDF
• PNG
• PS
• PSB*
• PSD*
• SVG
• TIFF

*For layered file types (such as PSD and PSB), DF Studio may be unable to generate a preview of files with certain layer configurations. Uploading a JPEG copy of the same file will generate a preview for use within DF Studio. (See File Stacking for more information.)

DF Studio is able to process accurate color from most RAW file formats but does so as a convenience—the DF Studio interface doesn’t provide any color processing controls. (For a list of supported camera profiles please see Camera Support.)

Please contact DF Studio regarding support for additional file types if required, or to report RAW images with inaccurate color processing in previews so that support for additional cameras can be provided.

DF Studio will store any type of file within the account library, including ZIP files. These will not be unzipped systematically after upload. To upload files from within a ZIP archive, first unzip the archive, then upload the individual files to DF Studio.
