A lost or forgotten DF Studio password can be reset via email by clicking the forgotten password link on the login page.
The password reset page requires the email address that is associated with the account, along with the username and account name. This information was sent by email when the account was created. Submitting the form will automatically send email to the specified address with instructions to create a new password.
A secure link for generating a new password will be shared by email. If there is suspicion that access to the email address has been compromised, contact DF Studio Support immediately. For more information, see Login and Password Security.

Enterprise users who access DF Studio through single sign-on (SSO) cannot reset a password with DF Studio, because SSO credentials are managed by the external organization providing the account. Reach out to internal IT or account support for assistance with these passwords.
