New files can be added to DF Studio using Messenger Import or direct upload. For Mac users, the DFS Speed Link application is available to assist with uploads; all DF Studio users can upload directly through the web browser as well.
Click the “Upload” button from the toolbar at the bottom of the DF Studio window to open the Upload overlay.
Users without a DF Studio account can access the upload interface with their Upload Key or Assignment Key.
Click the “Web Upload” button to open the web uploader in a separate window.
Use the Setup menu to specify which Setup the files should be uploaded into, or select “Automatic (from filename)” to assign files to Setups automatically based on their filenames.
Next, begin uploading files using one of the following options:
1. Click the “Select Files for Upload” button to select files from the computer using the file browser.
or
2. Drag and drop files onto the grey upload box.
As soon as files have been submitted, they will begin to upload into the Project.
Once the upload is complete, the pop-up window may be closed. Click the refresh icon to view the uploaded images in the Project, or visit the Activity page to see the progress of importing the uploaded files.
