As the Library in a DF Studio account grows over time, the ability to find Projects quickly will depend on sorting and searching through the information associated with each Project. Therefore, it is important to specify as many details as possible on each Project. Keywords, photographer information, and other data can be added to a Project on the Edit Project Details page.
The “Edit” button can be found in the Project Inspector at the right side of the DF Studio Library view after selecting any Project.
It can also be found in the Project Inspector while working within a Project. (The Project Inspector replaces the Asset Inspector when no assets are selected.)
An “Edit” button is also available in the toolbar at the bottom edge of the Project Details page.
The Project Name, Subject, Project Type and Status, Client, Shoot Date, Photographer, Location, and Keywords can be modified, as well as a text field for Internal Notes related to the Project.
